The Brush Monster

The Brush Monster

The Brush Monster is powered by the latest and most powerful multi-terrain loader manufactured by Caterpillar, the worlds leader in construction equipment. Riding on 18 inch wide tracks the weight of the machine is spread evenly reducing the ground pressure to 4.3 psi thus reducing the creation of ruts in soft, wet ground conditions. With over 90 diesel horsepower this machine boasts a powerful hydraulic pressure of almost 4200 psi. This horsepower combined with such high hydraulic pressure makes the machine more cost effective and productive in this type of application.

The Caterpillar mulching head carries 34 carbide steel hammer teeth spinning on a heavy steel drum at 2200 rpm. It comes equipped with a hydraulic controlled front steel door that can be closed to create a much finer mulch depending on the customer's needs. On top of the mulching head a heavy steel push bar which enables us to fell trees away from fences and other structures. Once a tree is on the ground we can pass over the tree in a reverse motion and feed it through a series of shredder teeth which are welded inside the steel housing. This along with the carbide steel teeth helps to create a finer mulch.

The Root Grapple

The Root Grapple

The Root Grapple allows us to pickup and relocate large piles of brush, rocks, and logs up to 4,000 pounds.

The Stump Bucket

The Stump Bucket

The Stump Bucket is a heavy constructed long, narrow bucket designed to dig around and under large tree stumps thus enabling us to dig up and completely remove large tree stumps. It also can be used to dig up smaller trees saving the root system for replanting.

The Heavy Duty Tiller

The Heavy Duty Tiller

This powerful high flow hydraulic tiller is a must for the preparation of new areas that need to be seeded or planted for green ways, deer food plots and wildlife habitat.

The Ripper

The Ripper

The Ripper is used to rip hard soils and freshly mulched areas to pave the way for the hydraulic tiller.
